Stephen is an established leader who has a successful career in supporting not for profit organisations in a range of sectors.

With a leadership mentality arising out of significant research into understanding how organisational culture is paramount to the performance of teams, Stephen is passionate about making sure that his teams consistently deliver above expectations, and that sustainability is built into the way they work.

Trained as an accountant Stephen’s career has expanded to include making a difference beyond the management of numbers.   He is a Fellow of the Chartered Managers Institute (CMgr FCMI), a Fellow of the National Association of School Business Managers (FNASBM), a Fellow of the Royal Society for the Arts (FRSA) and a Member of the Institute of Directors (MIoD). He is also a Professional Associate of the Chartered College of Teaching, and has recently been accredited as a Schools Efficiency Advisor for the DfE.

Stephen’s passion about organisational culture and capacity building has seen  accredited as a trainer for the UN, EU, World Bank, and the UK Government, having delivered award winning capacity building projects in 16 countries around the world.

He is also a Non Executive Director and Trustee for a number of different organisations
